Things are just meh right now. I’ve been trying to take probiotics along with the current round of antimicrobials – to reduce the chances of some opportunistic pathogen taking over – but this has led to lots of sugar cravings. Over the past 4 days I’ve had sugar, dairy, bread – a bunch of stuff that doesn’t work for me. I’ve had hot flashes for the duration of this time too – it seems to be most closely related to consumption of dairy.
Anyway, today’s a new day.
Weight is up, mood is down. Whatevs.
